Epson Aculaser C4100 A4 Colour Laser Printer

The new AcuLaser C4100 laser printer from EPSON is the ideal laser printer for demanding business applications that require fast throughput, compatibility, simple operation and low running costs in both mono and colour.

The high-speed 24ppm print engine with a first page out of less than 13 seconds allows you to print in colour at the speeds you are used to for just monochrome. The high performance - 400MHz PowerPC controller with dual AcuLaser ASIC processing ensures even complex printer jobs can be printed quickly and efficiently. With a maximum memory of 1,024 MB even the most demanding print jobs will be handled with ease.

Replacing your current monochrome workgroup laser printer, with the new AcuLaser C4100 could cost you less to run when printing B&W than most monochrome lasers, and be more reliable. There is now no reason to have a separate monochrome laser printer.

The AcuLaser C4100 has also been designed to be as easy to integrate, use and support as a monochrome laser, which keeps support costs down and contributes to a low cost of ownership. With full compatibility with all common OS including Microsoft 95, 98, Me, 2000, XP, Windows NT, Macintosh OS, Linux (PS version recommended) and Unix, the AcuLaser C4100 is also easily integrated with legacy applications with full support for PCL5e, Epson Esc/Page, ESC/P2, FX & IBM I239X Emulation optional genuine Adobe® PostScript® 3 (standard on AcuLaser C4100PS).

The specification of the Aculaser C4100 is already optimised for networked workgroups with the following features standard on every model; two paper cassettes offering up to 600 sheets of paper capacity; 10/100Base network connectivity; a full LCD panel and automatic two sided printing (duplex) unit. Other models in the range add Adobe® PostScript® 3 compatibility. The AcuLaser C4100 features a convenient Job cancel function on the printer as well as a number of useful job management functions, which are enabled when the optional Hard Disk Drive is added such as confidential printing, job reprint and verification. Documents can be stored in the printer for later reprinting and selected from thumbnail images using a web browser.
